3.1 Order Process: When you place an order, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including payment details and delivery address.

3.2 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

3.3 Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

3.4 Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is included in the price of physical prints. Additional shipping options (express, overnight) are available for an extra fee.

4.1 Quality Requirements: You are responsible for providing high-quality, clear photographs. We recommend high-resolution images with good lighting.

4.2 Rights: By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to use these images and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.

4.3 Content Restrictions: You may not upload photos containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content we deem inappropriate.

5.1 Digital Delivery: Digital portraits are delivered instantly via email to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on processing requirements.

5.2 Physical Prints: Physical prints are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Standard shipping is included, with faster shipping options available for an additional fee.

5.3 Delivery Times: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5.4 International Shipping: We ship internationally. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6.1 Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of our portraits, we have a no-refund policy once the portrait has been processed and delivered.

6.2 Defective Products: If you receive a defective physical print, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your order before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible.

7.1 Customer Rights: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the digital portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print, display, and share the portrait for personal use.

7.2 Commercial Use: Commercial use of portraits requires a separate license. Please contact us at hello@snap-prints.co.uk to discuss commercial licensing options.

7.3 Our Rights: Snap Prints retains all rights to the technology, processes, and methods used to create portraits. We may use anonymized versions of portraits for marketing purposes.
